A simple, yet satisfying three-ingredient recipe found in my friend Cassey’s new book, Hot Body Year Round, which I received from Cassey late last week.
Ingredients
Scale
1. 1 c. walnuts
2. 5 dates
3. 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse together 1 c. walnuts and 5 dates. Roll into balls and coat with 1 tbsp. shredded coconut. Refrigerate for one hour.
